Role Overview

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind expanding Orient Electric’s retail footprint in the Warangal region. Your mission will be to build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retail partners while ensuring sales growth and market development. This is a dynamic role that bridges field operations, channel development, and brand representation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow the retail network by onboarding new retailers, dealers, and distributors as per expansion targets.

  • Conduct market mapping and track competitor activities including pricing, schemes, and product launches.

  • Ensure effective product and merchandise displays at retail outlets.

  • Meet primary and secondary sales targets and ensure timely collections.

  • Execute promotional schemes, trade activities, and marketing initiatives across the territory.

  • Maintain accurate sales records, order information, and monthly Sales MIS reports.

  • Ensure compliance with Orient Electric’s trade policies at all channel levels.

  • Monitor stock movement, availability, and serviceability across outlets.

  • Conduct product training sessions for electricians, channel sales teams, and local influencers.

  • Generate leads through site visits and support tertiary sales from stores.

  • Manage defect settlements with channel partners on a monthly basis.

  • Promote digital initiatives among channel partners to enhance business efficiency.
